Services Billing and Scheduling
Gregory Morgan Landscaping Services provides professional landscaping, routine maintenance, and seasonal clean-ups. All projects are based on custom quotes; however, final pricing may adjust if the project scope changes. To secure a booking, a deposit may be required, and we ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. We require safe, unobstructed access to the property during service hours. Clients are responsible for ensuring that gates are unlocked, pets are kept indoors, and all personal items or debris are removed from the work area. Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in your invoice. Please note that landscaping is weather-dependent. Rain or extreme conditions may necessitate rescheduling, and we will contact you to provide the earliest available alternative date.
Liability Marketing and Updates
While we take the utmost care, Gregory Morgan Landscaping Services is not liable for damage to unmarked underground lines or pre-existing structural issues. Liability is limited to the total cost of the specific service provided. We often take photos of our completed work for marketing and social media purposes; however, we respect your privacy and will ensure that no personal identifiers or house numbers are visible in these images. We reserve the right to modify these terms to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements.
