Our Service Terms

At GREGORY MORGAN LANDSCAPING SERVICES, we strive for excellence in every project. Please note that landscaping services are generally non-refundable once the physical work has been completed. If you believe the work performed does not align with our initial agreement, we ask that you provide us with a fair opportunity to inspect and rectify the specific issues. In instances where we cannot resolve the discrepancy, we may consider issuing a partial or full credit or refund at our sole discretion. This information is provided for clarity and does not constitute legal advice.

Payments and Adjustments

Deposits and prepayments are required to secure your service date and procure necessary materials. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this window may result in a forfeiture of the deposit to cover administrative and labor costs already incurred. For cancellations made with ample notice, prepayments may be applied to future services or refunded, less any material costs already spent on your specific project needs. We aim to be fair while protecting our team's schedule and resources.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, cash or cheque made payable to Gregory Morgan Landscaping Services. Should you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us immediately to discuss a resolution. This policy is intended to outline our standard practices and does not limit any consumer rights you may hold under applicable state or federal laws. We value your business and your satisfaction.
